- Terms and Conditions for Zoiko Saver Deals
1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Zoiko Saver Deals, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
- You must provide proof of receiving one or more of the following benefits:
- Universal Credit
- Jobseeker’s Allowance
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
- Child Tax Credit
- Pension Credit
- Employment and Support Allowance
2. Proof of Benefits
- Acceptable proof includes, but is not limited to, the following documents:
- Official letters from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) confirming receipt of benefits.
- Recent bank statements showing benefit payments.
- Universal Credit journal screenshots.
- Documents must be dated within the last three months.
- Zoiko Mobile reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted documents.
3. Application Process
- Applications can be submitted online, via phone, or at select retail locations.
- You must provide personal information including full name, address, and contact details.
- Submit scanned or photographed copies of proof of benefits documents.
4. Contract Terms
- All broadband plans require a 12-month contract.
- Early termination of contracts will incur a fee equivalent to the remaining months of the contract.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made monthly via direct debit.
- Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is settled.
6. Changes to Plans and Pricing
- Zoiko Mobile reserves the right to change plan features and pricing with 30 days’ notice to customers.
- Customers will have the option to switch plans or terminate services without penalty if they do not agree to the changes.
7. Customer Support
- Priority support for technical issues is available for all plans.
- Customer service can assist in selecting the best plan for individual needs.
8. Termination of Service
- Zoiko Mobile reserves the right to terminate service if fraudulent documents are submitted.
- Service can be terminated with 30 days’ notice for reasons including but not limited to policy violations or non-payment.
