1. Definitions

In this Agreement:

“The Provider” refers to Zoiko Telecom Ltd, trading as Zoiko Mobile.

“The Customer” refers to the individual or entity who subscribes to the postpaid mobile services.

“The Services” refers to mobile network services, data, voice calls, text messaging, and any related services provided by The Provider.

“Plan” refers to the postpaid mobile tariff selected by The Customer.

2. Services Provided

The Provider agrees to supply The Customer with the mobile network services according to the selected plan. These services include:

Data allowance

UK voice calls (and international where applicable)

Text messaging

Additional services as stated in the plan.

3. Plan Selection and Charges

The Customer will be billed monthly for services according to the chosen postpaid plan.

Additional charges may apply for:

Exceeding data, call, or text allowances

International calls or roaming outside the UK Premium-rate numbers and services Additional services requested by The Customer.

4. Contract Term

The term of this contract is that which was selected by The Customer, starting from the Effective Date. Upon completion of the initial contract term, the Agreement will automatically convert to a rolling monthly contract unless either party terminates the Agreement as set out in Clause 6.

5. Payment Terms

The Customer agrees to pay all monthly charges in full by the due date, using the payment method provided during registration.

In the event of non-payment, The Provider may suspend or terminate The Services until payment is made.

A late payment fee of £7 may be applied if payment is not received by the due date.

6. Termination and Cancellation

The Customer may cancel the Agreement at any time by providing 30 days’ notice after the initial contract term.

Early termination within the contract term will result in an early exit fee equivalent to the monthly charge for each remaining month.

The Provider may terminate the Agreement immediately if The Customer breaches any material terms, including non-payment.

7. Fair Use Policy

The Customer agrees to use the services in accordance with The Provider’s Fair Use Policy. Excessive, unreasonable, or abusive use of services beyond what is considered fair may result in limited service, additional charges, or cancellation.

8. Device Purchases

If The Customer has purchased a refurbished device through The Provider, the following applies:

Devices are sold “as-is” with a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, or loss.

9. Roaming and International Use

Roaming and international services are subject to additional charges, as per The Provider’s roaming tariffs. The Customer is responsible for reviewing and understanding these charges, especially when travelling abroad.

10. Service Interruptions

The Provider aims to deliver uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that services will be free from faults or interruptions. Planned maintenance, network failures, or factors beyond The Provider’s control may result in temporary service disruptions.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

The Provider is committed to protecting The Customer’s personal information in accordance with the UK’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant data protection laws. Personal data collected during the term of this Agreement will be used solely for service provision, billing, and communication with The Customer.

12. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement, including charges and terms, by providing The Customer with 30 days’ prior notice. If The Customer does not agree to the changes, they may terminate the Agreement before the amendments take effect, without penalty.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
