Zoiko Mobile Cashback Reward Programme

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Zoiko Mobile's Cashback Reward Programme ("Programme"). Your participation implies agreement with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. Eligibility:

1.1 To participate, you must:

1.2 Employees and immediate family members of Zoiko Mobile and its affiliates are not eligible.

2. Earning Cashback:
2.1 Earn 5p Cashback for every £1 spent on eligible Zoiko Mobile services.

2.2 Eligible services include:
  • Mobile phone Contract Plans and Bundle purchases.
  • Monthly phone bill payments, excluding any late payment fees.
  • International calls and texts made within your Zoiko Mobile bundle or as Overage Charges.
  • Mobile phone Contract Plans and Bundle purchases.
2.3 Cashback points will not be awarded for:
  • Phone purchases, upgrades, or accessories.
  • Out-of-bundle charges, roaming charges, or any other charges not expressly listed as eligible services.
2.4 Earned Cashback points will be reflected in your account after three (3) months from the first eligible transaction date.

3. Calculating Cashback Rewards:
3.1 Your Cashback reward amount will be calculated based on the total eligible spend during the previous six (6) months. For example, if you spend £200 on eligible services within the six-month period, you will earn 5p x £200 = £10 in Cashback rewards.
3.2 Fractions of a penny earned through Cashback will be rounded down to the nearest whole penny.

4. Redeeming Cashback:
4.1 Redeem your accumulated Cashback rewards once every six (6) months or once a year, whichever occurs first after the six-month eligibility period.
4.2 Cashback redemption options include:
  • Applying rewards towards your next Zoiko Mobile phone bill payment.
  • Using rewards towards phone upgrades with exclusive discounts (rewards doubled for upgrades)
  • The phone upgrade discount will be applied on top of any existing promotional offers.
  • Purchasing Zoiko Mobile devices with rewards (rewards doubled for devices)
4.3 To redeem Cashback, log in to your Zoiko Mobile account, navigate to the Cashback Rewards section, and choose your preferred option. The chosen benefit will be applied to your next eligible bill payment, upgrade purchase, or device purchase.

5. Rewards Usage and Additional Terms:
5.1 Cashback rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person's account.
5.2 Zoiko Mobile reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, accrued but unredeemed Cashback will expire unless otherwise communicated by Zoiko Mobile.
5.3 Zoiko Mobile is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may affect the Programme's operation.
5.4 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
5.5 You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.
