Activating your ZOIKO SIM

Activating your ZOIKO SIM is a simple process to begin your billing month and start using your new plan.

Log In: First, access your ZOIKO online account by logging in. You can typically find the login option on the ZOIKO website or mobile app.

Activate Your SIM: Once you're logged in, look for the "Activate my SIM" option within your account. Click or tap on this to initiate the Activation process.

Activation Time: The Activation process usually takes just a few minutes, but it may take up to 2 hours to complete. Be patient during this time.


Confirmation: ZOIKO will notify you when your SIM is successfully activated. You will receive both an email and a text message to your ZOIKO SIM.


New ZOIKO Number: Upon activation, you'll be assigned a brand new ZOIKO number. You can start using this number as soon as your SIM is Activated.
